Action for Market Towns Showcase Awards

Friday Tod Hosted AMT Awards conference.

After Incredible Edible Tod won the category and the overall award last year we had the honour of showcasing the event this year.
Our lovely Mayor Magareta Holmstedt welcomed everyone to Tod

Then Nick explained what we did and how we did it

Then there was some speed networking where everyone got to speak to everyone else for three minutes, or was it six?
Next came the really interesting part where each of the showcased towns gave a presentation.
The awards were presented to each Town by Magareta
Social and community category was Hudswell community Pub

Environment and culture went to Junction Goole

Business and economy was Slaithwaite Cooperative Ltd

Partnership and strategic working category and overall winner and the one which will go forward to the National awards in London was Settle Hydro
