Pretty impressed with my salad hauls at the moment
Gooseberries

I think these pink types are the best as they’re really sweet and juicy – these are now in a delicious crumble!
Courgettes

The courgettes are turning into marrows overnight – very impressive – so I’m developing lots of new stuffed marrow recipes J
Our first blueberries

We are just about managing to harvest our fruit before the birds gobble it up – and the blueberries are divine!
Sweetcorn

The sweetcorn is massive now – so we just need a little more sun for the cobs to start growing nice and fat – come on sun, you can do it…
