The slope up to the flat is steep so today the team built this stairway.

Well done John and Jack!
We got another 40 tons of council compost today,so more bed filling, Heres john Stewart planting our newly grafted apple trees. Yes we know John, compost in that one!

and that nick planting asparagus, a whole bed full of purple and green.
Try planting that hat nick!

Asparagus needs a weed free rich deep soil, so our compost filled beds are perfect. The crowns ,like a vegitably octopus, are planted in a 10” deep trench with a ridge hoed down the middle.

We have some spare asparagus crowns, contact nick if you want them.
