Highland Beef – Our own produced in Cliviger when available
Lamb/ Mutton – Our own Cliviger farm reared lamb for sale approximately 9 months (August to April) then sourced locally through Riley Wholesalers Dunnockshaw, Burnleyl.
Our own farm reared Mutton when available.
Pork – Sourced through James Law Bacup
Chicken – Sourced from Padiham Burnley
Cooked Products – Traditional home cooked in Cliviger Ham, Beef, Pork, Turkey, Potted Meat, Jellied Beef, Pork Dripping.
Steak puddings, Black Puddings and Tripe also sold
Eggs – Free Range eggs and locally laid free range eggs from Walsden and Cross Stone sold when available.
