Everything from eggs and cheese, pies, meat and veg grown or made locally are available on Todmorden market stalls, here are some of the stalls selling high quality local food.
Indoor Market
THE CRUMBLY CHEESE
For an excellent selection of cakes and Pies
home made in Walsden.
One of the best selections of fine cheeses to found
including real Wensleydale from Wensleydale,
Lancashire cheese, and a vast variety of other cheeses including
some more exotic flavours.
JIM BRACEWELL – Family Butchers, beef – their own Cliviger produced grass fed beef reared for 24-30 months. On sale for 8 months of the year, also own Cliviger produced lamb for sale from August to April. Other locally sourced meat and free range eggs. and farm reared Mutton when available.
BRIAN’S A variety of hams, home cured in Todmorden.
Also a large selection of home made scones and Quiches.
Quality pork from Wholesaler James Law, in Bacup. Also available Bacon and chicken sourced within 30 miles
JIM MELLING Butcher.
Spring lamb sourced in Mankinholes.
Coming soon Todmorden raised free range pork from Saddleback pigs.

made with meat from Bracewells Family Butchers.

Costermonger This family run local indoor market greengrocer , also has a shop,
cafe and restaurant just across the road opposite the market.
Along side all you would expect to find on a greengrocers stall,
they sell local seasonal fruit and veg
including surplus produced on allotments.
