We were just astonished by this!

There, innocently minding it’s own business in a supermarket car park, was a milk machine.

No ordinary milk machine this.

Not only did it dispense milk from a named local producer, it allowed you to use your own bottle, if you wished.

The milk was raw, unpasurised lait cru, (highly toxic and unsafe if you are a believer in UK food paranoia!)

Un-pasturised millk is all but impossible to get in the uk, it’s quite different from the processed stuff we are normaly fobbed off with.

And if you’re into making cheese, it’s the real thing.

All this in a country where the normal offering is sterilised or UHT.

This has to be the way forward, vive la revolution, we need one in Todmorden NOW.
