Edibles go Alpine?

Back when the snow was still sitting heavily on our hills, Hanspeter came to visit.
He had been commissioned to write a piece about Incredible Edible for Swiss magazine NZZ FOLIO. This morning the editor sent us a link to the article, which has now been published and is also available online.
If you don’t read German you will need an online translator.
Some translators are better than others, but you should be able to get the gist of the article.

Just a warning, Tod is German for death, so don’t be alarmed, it is only the translation, not a comment.
