World Changing Blog does Incredible Edible

Change Your Thinking.

That is the sub header of this blog site which is based in Seattle USA.
Well I think we may be managing to change some folks thinking, more and more parts of the globe are joining in. With blogs like this one promoting our efforts the word spreads even wider.

The article states that “The residents of Todmorden in England are working together to fast-track the creation of a local food system—the town wants to declare food independence by 2018. Considering that only two years into the project, a third more of the residents were tending their own vegetable gardens and 15 times as many townspeople were keeping backyard chickens (part of the Every Egg Matters campaign), the town will probably meet its goals.”

We are getting there, Incredible Edible really has taken of, and this is all because all you great folks are making it happen.
