What's Cooking In Tod?

Local food means fresher food – tastier food – and you know where it’s come from.

We want our campaign to help encourage healthier eating. That’s why our Lottery bid (see Fishy food hub) includes our Food Inspirers to promote education in cooking and nutrition.

We’re putting together a book’s worth of recipes using local ingredients. Find them in the blog What’s Cooking In Tod?. They range from Quince Jelly and Busy Woman’s Sausage Stew to good old-fashioned rhubarb crumble. Do add your own recipe: just send it to one of our food inspirers Debbie. and Pauline
