Sew your own Veg Patch

Remember Patches?

Why not sew your own veg patch, just right click the image you would like to have on your patch. Print it onto special iron on transfer paper following the instruction below. Cut to size and sew your veg patch onto, jackets, jeans, tops, bags or anywhere you would like it.

There are several to choose from including large and small logo patches, with variations on give peas a chance.

Once you have selected the image you want follow these instructions.

- HP: Iron on paper (can be found under special paper)

- Epson: Plain paper, tick flip horizontal to create a mirror image

- Canon: Iron on / T shirt paper

- Lexmark: Iron on

Please note the image has to be printed in mirror mode in order to get it right way on the T shirt. The ‘iron on’ or T shirt mode are creating the mirror image automatically.

Ironing Instructions

- Use hot iron with a min 1200w, set to highest temperature

- Use only light colour or white fabric

- Lay the fabric on to a stable, hard surface, such as a work top or a strong table.
DO NOT USE IRONING BOARD

- Place thefabric you want to print on, on another a pillow case or similar

- Cut the transfer paper around the image, leaving maximum of 1-2 cm margin around
the image

- Pre iron the fabric in the area you want to apply the transfer

- Place the transfer paper with the image facing the T shirt

- Iron the transfer paper all over for a few seconds to fix it on to the fabric and then iron systematically in small cycles everypart of the transfer, spending 5-10 seconds in each position

Applying maximum pressure

- A full A4 should take at least 2 minutes

- Peel off the backing material

- To remove glossiness of the image, please lay a normal plain white sheet of paper on to the image and iron it for 10-15 seconds all over. Then peel off the paper immediately

Washing Instructions

1.max temperature 40°c

2. Full spinning.

4. Avoid using washing powder containing bleaching materials.
