…more yummy things made with Walsden Honey!!

You will need…

250g Plain flour
50g Sugar
2 heaped teaspoons of baking powder
3 tablespoonfuls of Honey
65g melted butter
160 ml Milk
About 10 chopped up apricots

Mix all the dry ingredients up, and mix all the wet ingredients up, and add them together. Put a generous dollop of mixture into prepared muffin cases, in a muffin tray, and then put into a moderate oven, 160c fro 30 mins or until golden brown and firm to the touch. Cool on a baking rack and then store any left-overs in an airtight tin! (if there be any!)
