Today IE Todmorden volunteers worked with Locala GP Community Practice diabetes specialist nurse Angela Sealeaf.

everyone worked hard in glorious sunshine weeding pruning and tidying at Todmorden health centre.

We think gardening is beneficial to both mind and body and apart from occasional aches there aren’t any bad side effects.

come to one of our regular sessions on the first and third Sundays of every month, we meet at 10am at Todmorden Unitarian, Honey Hole to collect tools and then go to wherever work is needed, we return at 12 to eat a free lunch together.
